Our document and data conversion services are widely used to enable Local Authorities to manage their information more efficiently, effectively and securely. We scan hard copy files and microfilm in addition to providing a data conversion service where Local Authorities have challenges with files stored on unsupported legacy systems or portable media.

With experience of working extensively with specialist third-party back office systems providers, we can provide output routines for all Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) systems used by our Local Authority customers.

Our scanning locations are Police Approved Secure Facilities (PASF) and DBS checking is carried out on all staff prior to a contract of employment being offered. A number of staff have also been vetted to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2 and Level 3.
