Hugh Symons NHS Document Scanning Services considers the security and confidentiality of clients’ records whilst in our care as being of the utmost importance.  We have implemented a number of measures to ensure the physical security of information.

• All our sites have 24 hour CCTV monitoring.

• Security personnel at nominated locations.

• Secure warehousing for stored documents.

• Access within our premises is restricted to authorized personnel

• We use only our own vehicles and directly employed staff for document transportation.
